Thanks to Barbara Jones for sending along this photo of an Everett Police Officer visiting with kids Saturday afternoon.

Seeing the officer on patrol in her neighborhood, Jones asked him if he could stop for a photo with the kids in their mini patrol car.

“He stopped and talked with each of the kids and asked them if they felt safe and if they didn’t, what could he do to make them feel safe,” Jones told MyEverettNews.com. “He gave each of them a sticker and was very outgoing with the kids.”

Thanks to this officer and all of the members of the Everett Police Department for what you do every day and thanks to Barbara Jones for passing along this great photo.
