Just before 1 am on April 11th, officers responded to an assault and report of shots fired near Memo’s Mexican Restaurant (6919 Evergreen Way).

The driver of a white Nissan Altima told officers he had a confrontation with two males in a dark colored 4-door Audi sedan in the drive -thru line at the restaurant. The Nissan driver said two males got out of the Audi and tried attacking him before he defended himself.

The driver of the Audi returned to his vehicle, retrieved a pistol, and pointed it at the Nissan driver. The Nissan drove off with the Audi chasing it. In the 7200 block of Beverly Lane, someone in the Audi fired multiple shots and struck the Nissan and other vehicles.

The Audi driver is described as a white male, in his early 20’s, about 6’ tall, short blonde hair, and wore a white hoodie, jeans, and white shoes.

The Audi passenger is described as a light-skinned black male, in his early to mid-20’s, about 6’3” tall, curly black hair, and wore a dark jacket over a white shirt, and dark hat.

Everett Police ask if you know the males in the black Audi – call the Everett Police Department TIP LINE at (425) 257-8450 or Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound at 1-800-222-TIPS.
