Teens Hurt In Crash On Colby
An Everett Police officer checks out the car that had been heading south on Colby.
Another look at the car the kids were in.
Two teens were taken to Providence Regional Medical Center early Thursday morning after the car they were in crashed into several parked cars.
The crash happened shortly after midnight when a Subaru containing three kids was south on Colby. Just past 50th street the driver lost control and crashed into the back of a parked car pushing that into two others.
Colby was shut down between 50th and 52nd while medics attended to two of the teens.
Officers on the scene say it appears the driver was distracted by some activity in the car, which likely led to the crash.
The injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
