Everett Mayor To Make First “State Of Everett” Speech Wednesday

The cost to attend is $40 for Economic Alliance members and $50 for non-members.

Newly elected Mayor of Everett Cassie Franklin will make her first major speech about Everett on Wednesday morning. The speech will be to business and community members attending a “State of Everett” event put on by Economic Development Snohomish County and co-sponsored by the City of Everett and Everett Community College.

There is a cost to attend of $40 for members of Economic Alliance Snohomish County and $50 for nonmembers. It will be held at the Angel of the Winds Arena in downtown Everett beginning with networking at 7:00 AM and breakfast starting at 7:30 AM and should conclude by 9:00 AM. If you are unable to attend or can’t afford a ticket the City of Everett will be recording the speech and replaying it later in the day on the city’s website and Everett TV. The city will also provide a full copy of the Mayor’s remarks after the event.
