Here’s the latest update from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office along with photos of 3 people of interest in the shooting death of a woman and injuries to her son at a mobile home park in south Everett.
A 16 year-old male was booked into the juvenile justice center for 1st degree murder, burglary and assault late last night related to a shooting near Gibson Rd earlier that day that left one woman dead and a young man injured. He had been detained for questioning earlier yesterday.
Detectives now seek assistance from the public to identify three additional “persons of interest”, two males and female, who they believe may have information related to the investigation. Anyone with information as to the identity and/or location of any or all of these persons should call the Sheriff’s Office Anonymous tip-line (425-388-3845) or submit a tip online (https://snohomishcountywa.gov/formcenter/sheriff-4/anonymous-tips-107).
Also related to the investigation, detectives attempted to contact an additional teenage male suspect at 16700 block of North Rd (Bothell) early this morning. SWAT was called in around 2:45 a.m. when attempts to contact the suspect by detectives were unsuccessful. When SWAT made entry into the residence, they found that the male suspect had fled. He remains at large.
