Recently Jake Whittenberg with KING 5 went on a ride-along with the COET team from Everett Police to see how Everett is dealing with the heroin crisis. Here is his video that shows what happened when the team came across an encampment in south Everett between the WalMart on Evergreen Way and Airport Road. It is a look many people have not seen and we appreciate Jake for sharing with our readers.
