More Boeing Freeway Ramp Closures Tonight Through Friday

Here’s an update on Boeing Freeway ramp closures this week…

Drivers who use Interstate 5 to access westbound State Route 526 in Everett should plan for overnight ramp closures this week, Aug. 7-11.

Washington State Department of Transportation contractor crews will close the northbound and southbound I-5 ramps to westbound SR 526 for four nights this week for guardrail work.

Monday, Aug. 7, to the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 8

• The northbound I-5 ramp to westbound SR 526 will close from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.

 

Monday, Aug. 7, to the morning of Friday, Aug. 11

• The southbound I-5 ramp to westbound SR 526 will close from 10:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. nightly.

 

Signed detours will be set up for all ramp closures. This weather-dependent work is part of a preservation project to repave SR 526.
