In the first set of results in the primary it is still a battle for which two candidates for Mayor of Everett will advance to the November 7th general election.

Here are the preliminary results from the Snohomish County Auditor’s Office

Cassie Franklin received 2,657 votes or 30.30%

Shean Nasin received 776 votes or 8.85%

Judy Tuohy received 2,711 votes or 30.91%

Brian Sullivan received 2,599 votes or 29.64%

There were 27 write in votes, Total number of votes counted so far: 8,770

Votes counted in this run were those received prior to today and from the mail this morning.

Another 17,000 votes county-wide are expected to be counted tomorrow from the drop boxes and Wednesday mail.
