The League of Women Voters of Snohomish County is inviting the public to meet all of the candidates for Everett Mayor and Everett City Council to a question and answer session Thursday night. In addition to scripted questions from the League there will be time for questions from the audience. Here is more information on the event…

Snohomish County Campus, Bob Drewel Building meeting room, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett
There are four candidates for Mayor: Cassie Franklin, Brian Sullivan, Judy Tuohy, and Shean Nasin.
For City Council position #1 there are three candidates: Leland (Lee) Dart, Justin Murta, Paul Roberts;
For position #2: Alex Lark, Jeff Moore, Jordan Marsh;
For position #3: Jonathan C. Peebles, Jennifer A. Hesse, Scott D. Murphy.
The two people receiving the most votes for each position in the August 1 Primary Election will then appear on the ballot in November.
