Tomorrow the people who plan to build and operate the facility are having an open house for the community to learn more about their plans.
It will be a good chance to find out more about what people in this part of Evergreen Way and central Everett can expect. In addition to the mental health service component the building also includes 3,000 SF of ground retail, 14 under-building parking stalls, 20 surface parking stalls and related site improvements.
Lee Phillips from Sunrise Services sent out the following invitation…
Sunrise Services, Inc. in conjunction with Washington DSHS and Madison Real Properties, will be holding a neighborhood informational open house regarding the upcoming Enhanced Services Facility which will be on Evergreen Blvd. next to Popeye’s. This will be a 16 bed licensed and staffed community for people recovering from mental illness. This is not the low-barrier housing currently proposed by the city of Everett.
Join us anytime between 4p and 6p at 811 Madison Street, Everett, WA 98203 on June 21. We will be available to provide information and answer questions. We look forward to meeting you.
