More Than 400 Vehicles Cruzin’ Colby In Everett Today

Joel Starr

If event organizer Joel Starr ever needs a new job he’d make a great dancing traffic cop.

There were more than 400 vehicles of every shape, style and design taking part in the controlled cruise on Colby Avenue in downtown Everett Sunday. The weather was perfect and should remain that way for the 800 vehicles expected to be on display for the annual Memorial Day Show ‘N Shine.

Remember if you normally park on Colby, Wetmore, Hoyt, California, Hewitt or Wall streets there are “no parking” signs up and they will be towing cars beginning at 4 AM. The show is open to the public starting at 9 AM. Here are a few favorite cars from the Colby Cruise today.Colby
