The Everett Police Department and Boys and Girls Clubs of Snohomish are taking signups for two of the most popular summer programs for kids in Everett.

The Everett Police Department, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County, Molina Healthcare and the Consulate of Mexico in Seattle are proud to host the 9th annual Casino Road Soccer Camp.
The camp will be held June 27th through 30th, 2017 at Walter E. Hall Park (1226 W. Casino Rd) and is open to children ages 8 through 12. The camp provides participants the ability to increase their soccer skills by rotating through multiple skill stations and playing games. Every ability level is welcome!

Participants will be introduced to making good choices, being responsible and connecting with the community by having a positive, productive and healthy lifestyle. The camp may also include special guest appearances!!
CAMPERS:
 Will be given a T-SHIRT & SOCCER BALL
 Should bring sunscreen & sport shoes
o Cleats are not required
 No other personal equipment needed
 Daily breakfast and lunch will be provided by the Mukilteo School District
 Cost: $20.00 (cash or check only)
o This fee includes a one-year membership at any Boys & Girls Club in Snohomish County (childcare not included)
o Additional donations will be accepted to help scholarship players and offset camp expenses

The Everett Police Department and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County are proud to host the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation’s 7th Annual Badges for Baseball & Softball Camp.

The camp will be held August 1st through 4th, 2017 at Kasch Park (8811 Airport Road, Everett, WA) and is open to
children ages 8 through 12. The camp provides participants the ability to increase their baseball and softball skills by rotating through multiple skill stations. Quick Ball and regular games will occur throughout the week to put all skills to work. Every ability level is welcome!

Participants will be introduced to Healthy Choices, Healthy Children which is an engaging and interactive program
designed to help youth understand vital life lessons needed to display a positive, productive and healthy lifestyle.
The camp may also include special guest appearances!!
CAMPERS:
 Will be given a T-SHIRT, HAT & BASEBALL GLOVE
 Should bring water bottle, sunscreen & rubber soled shoes
o Metal cleats are NOT allowed
 May bring a baseball glove but no other personal equipment needed
 Daily breakfast and lunch will be provided by the Mukilteo School District
 Cost: $30.00 (cash or check only)
o Includes a one-year membership at any Boys and Girls Club in Snohomish County (childcare not included)
o Additional donations will be accepted to help scholarship players and offset camp expenses.

Editor’s Note: In past years both of these camps have sold out so it is best to register as soon as possible in person at one of the sign up days posted above. You can also stop by one of the sign up days if you’d be interested in sponsoring a scholarship for a family that may not be able to afford it on their own.
