Everett is the fastest growing school district in Snohomish County.

The Everett School District is holding a series of open discussions regarding how it should handle future growth. The first discussion will be held this Wednesday April 26th at Evergreen Middle School.

The district says great things are happening each day but there are also some critical challenges. One big challenge is consistent enrollment growth which will become more serious in the coming years.

Educators say overcrowding in Everett schools will have an impact on families as their kids progress from elementary through high school.

The meetings will provide an update on things happening currently and a chance for people to give comments and suggestions to plan for the future growth in the Everett School District. The meetings will be held…

  • Wednesday April 26th – Evergreen Middle School   7621 Beverly Lane    Everett 98203
  • Thursday April 27th – North Middle School   2514 Rainier Ave.   Everett 98201
  • Monday May 1st – Eisenhower Middle School   10200 25th Ave. S.E.   Everett 98208
  • Wednesday May 3rd – Heatherwood Middle School   1419 Trillium Blvd. S.E. Mill Creek  98012
  • Thursday May 4th – Gateway Middle School   15404 Silver Firs Drive  Everett  98208

All meetings will be held from 7:00 – 8:15 PM.
