The Sheriff’s Office is investigating a stabbing north of Home Depot Tuesday morning

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s office says a suspect has turned himself in after a stabbing this morning at Center Road and Highway 99.

Snohomish County Sheriff’s Spokesperson Shari Ireton tells MyEverettNews.com deputies were called to the gas station just north of Home Depot around 11:15 this morning to a report of a stabbing. Arriving deputies found an adult male with a stab wound to his abdomen.

Medics transported the man to Harborview Hospital in Seattle while deputies began searching the area. After some time the suspect contacted deputies and surrendered in the 1000 block of 112th street. There aren’t believed to be any other suspects at large and major crime detectives with the Sheriff’s office are investigating.

No word at this time on the condition of the victim.
