Not a lot of detail yet but Everett Police have confirmed a man in his 20s was found dead in the parking lot at the Shilo Village apartments at 1926 West Casino Road.

Everett Police Spokesman Aaron Snell tells MyEverettNews.com the 9-1-1 center received multiple reports of gunshots near the “H” building around 5:15 PM Sunday evening. Arriving officers located a man down in the parking lot. Medics were unable to revive him and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Major Crime Detectives with Everett Police are on the scene investigating. Snell says at this time they have no suspect information. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has been called and they will determine the exact cause and manner of death and identify the person. We’ll pass along more information as it becomes available.

Everett Police did ask that anyone with information about this incident or knows the suspect is asked to call the Everett Police Department TIP LINE at (425) 257-8450 or Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound at 1-800-222-TIPS.
