Young folks are bringing new life to a long time Everett restaurant.

There hasn’t been much happening in recent years at the Chinese Restaurant at the corner of Evergreen Way and Berkshire in central Everett.

More often than not the open sign was on but there were no customers. That’s now changing with a new ownership, name, young staff and refreshed interior.

Opened just ten days ago “Town Story” is hoping to use youth, energy and enthusiasm to build business in the restaurant that years ago was known as the Moon Dragon and most recently Peking Duck.

MyEverettNews.com stopped in for lunch today and met Emily. She and a few friends wanted to open their own business. “We’re young, fun and have power and energy,” said Emily. “We just need people to come in and give our food a try.”

Town Story serves Chinese Sichuan style. They offer dine in, take out and delivery along with catering. There are lunch specials every Monday – Friday starting at $6.95 including soup, spring roll and rice with your entree. Dinner entrees start at $9.95 and go up from there with Family Dinners also available.

They offer a wide variety of bubble teas and are open Monday – Thursday 11:00am – 9:30pm, Friday and Saturday 11:00am – 10:00pm plus Sunday 11:30am – 9:30pm.

Stop in and give the new young staff a chance to make you a regular customer. A nice addition to the Glacier View, Pinehurst and View Ridge-Madison neighborhoods. Their address is 6211 Evergreen Way 98203 and their phone # is 425-290-6940. Oh, and lunch was great!
