Galvan in court Dec. 16th

Espresso Avenue is a coffee stand on the corner of Everett and Rockefeller in downtown Everett. On December 2nd a lone gunman robbed the Espresso Avenue coffee stand using a silver revolver.

The robbery was caught on video which was widely shared on social media and television.

An Everett Police Detective reviewed the video and wrote in probable cause papers that he instantly knew the suspect as Ray G. Galvan.

Last night robbery detectives and members of the Everett Police Anti-Crime Team arrested Galvan for that robbery along with a second robbery of an individual on October 18th, as well as several outstanding warrants.

Today Everett District Court Judge Tam Bui set bail at $150,000.00 for each count against 30-year-old Ray G. Galvan.

Prosecutors have until Tuesday to file formal charges or release Galvan.
