It’s all part of the Port of Everett’s Annual Holiday on the Bay celebration. While the Everett Farmers Market Holiday Craft Fair runs both Saturday and Sunday the Holiday on the Bay event is Saturday only. Here’s the scoop…
The free community festival takes place Saturday, December 3 from noon – 6 p.m., with kids activities beginning at 1 p.m. Kids and adults alike will gather in and around the Port of Everett’s Waterfront Center for the day’s activities, located at 1205 Craftsman Way, Everett, WA 98201.
This year the event includes:
- Everett Farmer’s Market holiday craft fair (Saturday & Sunday)
- Face painting and washable tattoos
- Holiday cookie decorating
- Holiday craft hosted by Imagine Children’s Museum
- City of Everett fire truck rides
- Family photo opportunities
- Holiday music and movies
- Holiday drink specials at waterfront restaurants
- Decorated wreath silent auction and toy donations in benefit of Toys for Tots
- Tree lighting ceremony
- Visit from Santa and elves
- Viewing of the lighted boat parade

Back again this year is the Marine Toys for Tots Decorated Wreath Silent Auction, which raised nearly $1,000 for the Toys for Tots cause last year. Those interested in donating a decorated wreath are encouraged to drop them by the Port of Everett Administration office by Monday, Nov. 21. The wreaths will be displayed at local waterfront restaurants for viewing and early bidding Nov. 22 – Dec. 2, with final bidding during Holiday on the Bay until 4 p.m. All proceeds will benefit Marine Toys for Tots. Toys for Tots is also accepting new, unwrapped toys for those in need this holiday season. Please bring gifts to the Waterfront Center drop box, located near the Scuttlebutt entrance now thru December 3. For more information about Toys for Tots, visit http://www.toysfortots.org/.
