bill payments

You may be able to get help with your PUD bill payments.

As the weather begins to cool and bills are now sent monthly, here’s a reminder from Snohomish PUD on a few ways to seek help with bill payments…

Snohomish County PUD offers a range of programs to help customers better manage their bills, including assistance for families that may be struggling with bill payments.

Low-Income & Senior Assistance – The utility provides bill discounts of up to 60% for qualifying low-income and senior customers. The discount percentage that customers receive depends on their income level.

Project PRIDE & Helping Hands – Additional funds are available to customers who need bill assistance. These programs are supported by voluntary donations from customers and employees.

Budget Payment Plan – Designed to make bill payments easier, this program calculates equal monthly payments for customers throughout the year. The PUD requires a zero balance to start and recommends a year’s history at your current home to establish an accurate payment amount.

SnoPAY – This online billing program lets you pay by transferring funds from your checking or savings account or by using a debit or credit card. There’s no fee to use this service.

Visit a PUD Local Office – Stop by to talk with Customer Service staff at any of the PUD’s six offices, located in Arlington, Everett, Lynnwood, Monroe, Snohomish and Stanwood.

For more information about these programs and other resources, visit snopud.com or call PUD Customer Service at 425-783-1000.
