Yesterday the Snohomish County Medical Examiner issued the following press release regarding the death of a man after an altercation outside of a downtown Everett coffeehouse last week…

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has completed the identification and examination of a 32-year old male who was involved in an altercation in the 2700 block of Colby Avenue in Everett on October 26, 2016 and died at a local hospital on October 28, 2016. The decedent is Jeremy R. See, of Marysville, WA. The cause of death is blunt force injuries of the head. The manner of death is Homicide.

Today the Everett Police Department issued the following press update…

The 32-year old male who was involved in an altercation outside a business in the 2700 block of Colby Avenue in Everett on October 26, 2016 has been identified by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office as Jeremy R. See of Marysville, WA.

Detectives continue investigating the incident and will forward the case to prosecutors for review. There is no timeline for the investigation to conclude.
