Crash Closes Broadway At Tower
Both directions of Broadway were shut down at Tower.
A crash between two pickup trucks shut down both directions of Broadway at Tower street Tuesday night. The crash occurred about 9:30 PM when the two trucks hit head-on in the intersection. One truck went into the Subway 7-11 parking lot and the other crashed into a sign, went through the landscaping and ended up in the parking lot on the opposite side of Broadway.
One person was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center but no word on the extent of injuries. Everett Police traffic investigators were called out. An Everett Police spokesperson said it was too early to tell if drugs or alcohol were involved but they were looking at that possibility. Here are a couple of MyEverettNews.com photos from the scene.
