The PUD storm outage map got a workout Friday.

Some did lose power and a few trees came down but overall not too much damage within the city limits of Everett from round 1 of the weekend storms. Round 2 is predicted to have harder winds and at last report to be the most troublesome from 6PM until midnight Saturday. The Snohomish PUD storm outage map was a popular place for people in Everett to get information. You can check it out for yourself here.

The weekend weather has made a few changes to plans for some. The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk has been moved inside Xfinity Arena in downtown Everett. Registration begins at 8:00AM with the walk at 9:00AM.

The Everett Farmers Market last day of the season was supposed to be Sunday but due to the weather forecast the market managers have decided to cancel.

One event that won’t be cancelled is the “Pink the Rink” hockey game between the Everett Silvertips and Seattle Thunderbirds. That goes on Saturday night at 7:05PM inside Xfinity Arena in downtown Everett.
