Units from Snohomish County Fire District 1 along with mutual aid from Everett Fire put a quick stop in an attic fire south of Everett. The fire was reported in the 2600 block of 108th street SE. Arriving firefighters saw smoke and flame from the porch area above the main entrance. Firefighters had to cut open the porch roof to gain access and stop the fire. Here are some MyEverettNews.com photos from the fire. No word yet on cause or damage amount.
