Patrick Boyer was supposed to be on his way to basic training in the U.S. Air Force. Instead he is recovering from injuries suffered in a hit and run last Saturday night. Around 8:30 PM Boyer was hit while crossing Broadway street just south of Madison. The car that struck him is believed to be a 92 – 97 Cadillac, black in color.
