Classic mistake. These guys brought pepper spray to a gun fight.
If this is a case of victims being randomly targeted by the bad guys, then props for the homeowner! However, there is usually more to the story. Was the victim residence a drug den, like the one recently in Thurston County?

Did we find out the skin colour of everyone involved here? I know how important that is to the Trump voters that post in the comment section here.

“Guns were recovered from the scene.”

This desperately needs a follow up. Were these the deceased’s guns, or were they they homeowners guns? If the homeowners, have you now told the unknown suspects that the homeowner is defenseless? Why would such “evidence” be required? After all, no dispute exists about who shot the fatal shot.

It is just another way of disarming the law abiding citizen. You are NOT obligated to surrender your weapon in a justified shooting. This should be a wakeup call as to how corrupt our “Justice Department” has become. Contact Attorney General Loretta Lynch and remind her of who she works for and the oath she took.

Good job homeowner. One down and a whole lot more to go! Also, if this worthless prosecutor tries to press charges PLEASE let us know.

    • Judy Says:

I totally agree with you. If there are charges brought I say we hold some kind of rally to support the right to protect what is ours. Enough is enough who is with us?

      • Sophia Says:

YES!!!!! I am 100% on board!! These people were trying to protect their home and their lives!!

      • Bill Says:

The Constitution is the Law of the land and all threats should be naturalized without hesitation or discrimination!!!

    • Bill Says:

Let us not forget that the prosecutor works for us WE THE PEOPLE and while he/she is deciding to press charges against the victim there are folks that abuse, neglect and kill three month old children OUT ON BAIL that should be priority. No taxation without representation!!!

  5. Mike N Says:

“Homicide” just means death by unnatural means. It doesn’t necessarily mean murder or manslaughter.

  6. Sophia Says:

Homicide?… You have a right to defend your home, yourself, and the people you live with. This is BS.

    • Jack kass Says:

Homicide is homicide no matter justifiable or not. It’s just the manner of death. You can either die of the following causes: Natural, homicide, accident, suicide. It’s just a category, not a charge.

    • Chris Says:

Homicide is how the death occurred, it’s not stating whether it was criminal or justifiable (legal).
