Vehicular Assault Shuts Evergreen Way

An Everett man is facing vehicular assault and multiple hit and run charges after two crashes in south Everett Saturday night.
He’s first suspected of hitting an unoccupied vehicle near 92nd and 4th Ave. West.
He then reportedly lost control of his car at 110th and Evergreen Way and smashed into a car that was about to turn into BECU.
The driver of that car was seriously injured.
The suspect driver and at least one passenger in the causing car were caught by Everett Police officers on 112th street east of BECU after running from the scene.
Evergreen Way was closed for about an hour and a half while Everett Police conducted their investigation.
