7000 Briefly Lose Power in Everett

A fault in a 115 kv transmission line at the Pinehurst substation caused about 7000 people in central Everett to lose power for a short time Saturday afternoon. The outage was reported just after 4:30 PM and most had power restored within an hour. No word what caused the fault in the line but PUD crews were out checking after resetting the substation.
