The driver was shaken up but not injured and is cooperating with police.
It appears the driver was not at fault in a car-pedestrian crash at 13th and Broadway. Everett Police tell MyEverettNews.com it appears a man and woman were crossing the street outside of the crosswalk and against the light when the man was struck by a car going southbound on Broadway near 13th street. He was taken by medics to Providence Regional Medical Center with serious but not life-threatening injuries. The woman he was with was not hit. Sgt. Hacker with Everett Police says the man was 31-years-old from Marysville and the driver of the car was a 57-year-old Everett woman. She stayed on the scene and cooperated with officers.
