The car went between a telephone pole and a tree before hitting the building.

It’s not the first time that it has happened and it likely won’t be the last as another car crashes into the old Romios building in the 11400 block of 19th SE across from Silver Lake.

The crash happened shortly after 10:00 PM Monday night.

The building is in the process of being remodeled so the re-opening may be postponed for a bit.

It didn’t appear that the driver suffered major injuries and no word yet on why the car went out of control. It had been going north on 19th when it went between a tree and a telephone pole, took out a road sign and went into the east side of the building.

At the time theses photos were taken Everett Police were investigating with the assistance of the Washington State Patrol.
