Everett Police still are looking for the public’s help in determining how a newborn infant got put into a trash compactor at a south Everett apartment complex two weeks ago.
Everett Police spokesman Aaron Snell tells MyEverettNews.com detectives are also looking to identify a woman who was at the dumpster before 8:20 p.m. on the 25th. She was the first person to hear the newborn crying but left before police arrived.
Detectives would like to interview her as she may have information to assist in the investigation.
As far as the baby boy, Snell says the newborn is healthy and was placed in the custody of Child Protective Services after being released from Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
Somebody knows…Anyone with information is asked to call the Everett Police Department TIP LINE at (425) 257-8450.
