A crew working in northeast Everett had their passenger and driver’s windows shattered by a shot Wednesday afternoon.

Shortly after Noon Everett Police responded to a report of windows shot out of a work truck parked on 25th street just west of Cleveland.

The crew had been working at a house in the neighborhood.

No one was hit but Everett Police did check multiple houses and vehicles for signs of the shooter, injuries or other evidence.

Nothing else out of the ordinary was found.

The workers did decide to leave the area for the afternoon.

It’s not known exactly what type of projectile shattered both windows of the parked truck.
