March Mug Madness

March 3, 2016

For a $20.00 donation you can own one of these stylish travel mugs and I’ll deliver it free in Everett!

A quick plea from the publisher…In order to keep going we have to diversify our revenue streams. I’m hoping one way to do this is to offer unique items once in a while.

For our MyEverettNews-A-Palooza event I ordered a limited number of 16 ounce travel mugs with our new logo. We have 50 mugs left that we need to sell by the 25th of this month to meet our expenses. So it’s March Mug Madness!

If you like reading and are interested in supporting us, please consider ordering one of these limited edition mugs. If you’re in Everett I’ll personally deliver it. The cost is $20.00 and you can order here. Be sure to leave your email address so I can arrange delivery.

In the first two months of this year we’ve had 118,517 unique visitors and 298,133 page views at I’d hope we can get 50 people to buy a mug within the next couple of weeks. Please help if you can.

Also we’re looking for advertisers. I’ve put together a special one-time offer for business owners who’d like to advertise between now and the end of the year. If you’re interested, please call me at 425-280-7620 or send an email to

One of the unique things about is our ability to quickly cover breaking news day or night.

The only way we can be that pro-active is to have support from readers and advertisers. Otherwise I’m going to have to move to the back burner and spend time earning a living another way.

I don’t want to resort to drop down ads that cover up the content or put up a paywall. I want to be as accessible to as many people interested in breaking news in Everett as possible but I can’t do it alone. I need your help.

As always, your suggestion and feedback are welcome. Thank you.
