Truck Hits Gas Pump At South Everett Valero

Valero The driver of a small pickup truck going southbound on Highway 99 lost control at Center road and took out a gas pump at the Valero station Saturday morning.

It happened shortly after 7:30 AM.

No one was hurt but both the truck and gas pump burst into flames.

The gas pumps were immediately shut off and the crew from Everett Fire Engine 6 was able to quickly get the fire out.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is investigating how the truck lost control.
