From 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM we’ll be at Cafe Works inside Hope Works Station at 34th and Broadway in Everett. Stop by and check out this great place and have a cup of coffee, latte or a breakfast sandwich. See the great work they are doing and for every MyEverettNews.com Travel Mug you get from me while we’re there we’ll give $5.00 to Cafe Works.
From 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM we’ll be at the Sub Shop #26 at 2017 19th street. Come meet Wai Eng, have a freshly made sub and say hello. Again for every MyEverettNews.com Travel Mug you get from me while we’re there we’ll give $5.00 to Mr. Eng. This is Everett’s longest running sub shop and with new competition coming in he can use our support.
From 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM we’ll be at Everett’s original indoor year round farmer’s market. The Sno-Isle Natural Foods Co-op at 2804 Grand Avenue. This is a great place that offers locally sourced meats, fruits and vegetables whenever possible and has an outstanding selection. Though it’s been here for 19 years, we need to get more people to know about it. This time for every MyEverettNews.com Travel Mug we sell while there we’ll give $5.00 to the Volunteers of America Food Bank.
Plus at all three stops you can register for a grand MyEverettNews-A-Palooza prize package containing a cool Sno-Isle Co-op Sweatshirt, a $25.00 gift certificate to the Sno-Isle Co-op, a pair of MyEverettNews.com Travel Mugs and other assorted goodies! We’ll combine the entries from all three stops and announce the winner on Tuesday March 1st.Come celebrate our sixth year, support some cool Everett businesses and say hi. I appreciate your support of MyEverettNews.com and while selling Travel Mugs and collecting donations personally may be an odd way to support local breaking news in Everett, WA if this is what it takes to keep it going, then let’s do it!
See You Monday!
