Editor’s Update 7:30 AM Sunday Morning: Bellevue Police say the pedestrian has been located by Bellevue Fire with a broken leg. They are still looking for Jonathon J Packard, 43, from Everett

The Bellevue Police Department put out the following information after a strange incident in Bellevue tonight.

It seems the driver of a Jeep hit a pedestrian and trapped him between his car and another.

The man who was hit was then put into the Jeep reportedly against his wishes.

BPD is looking for this Jeep in a hit & run w/ serious injury. Ped was forced into Jeep & left scene WA ATL8028.

We believe this is the current owner of the Jeep and may be the suspect. Jonathon J Packard, 43, from Everett.
