Big Week For Dogs In Everett, WA

Dogs in Everett, WA (and their owners) are about to have a big week thanks to the folks at Animal Rescue Foundation of Everett.

First, on Tuesday December 1st ARF will be set up in the lobby of the Everett Animal Shelter.

The Animal Rescue Foundation of Everett (ARF), supports the medical needs of the animals in our care. Due to ARF’s financial support, countless animals with medical needs were given the resources to make them adoptable, and help them find their way to their forever homes.
Please support ARF on Giving Tuesday. Every donation, no matter how big or small, goes toward helping the animals.

On Giving Tuesday you can donate via the ARF website: www.everettarf.org.
ARF will also have a donation table set up in the shelter’s lobby 10am-5pm. Stop in, give a donation, and visit the animals in the shelter. Who knows, you may even find your new furry family member.

Second, On Saturday, you and your dog are invited to the first ever Rockin’ Paws Walk ‘A’ Run on December 5th, 2015 at Langus Park in North Everett! We’ll have a 5k run and a 1 mile walk, all along the beautiful Snohomish River, right across the street from the Everett Animal Shelter. Registration starts at 9:00 and the run and walk start at 10:00.

Look for delicious treats provided by Nothing Bundt Cakes, coffee by Zapata Coffee, hot chocolate, cider, dog treats, giveaways, raffles, and more!

No retractable leashes please.

Finally on Saturday December 5th (and again on December 12th) Santa Paws is coming to town! Santa Paws photos will be at the Everett Animal Shelter between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Join us for Santa photos with your fur kids and family–cost is $20 and includes CD plus a framed picture! All proceeds benefit the animals of the Everett Animal Shelter.
