North Everett Getting New Buzz Inn and Jimmy John’s

Everett, Everett Economy

old Petosa's

Looks like there will be some extensive remodeling before this becomes a Buzz Inn.

Had people ask about some activity at a couple of Everett locations so did some digging and it looks like the former Petosa’s at 3121 Broadway is becoming a Buzz Inn Steakhouse. There’s an active application in front of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board dated November 5th showing a change from Super Bowl Pho to Buzz Inn. The restaurant has gone through several changes since Petosa’s, including Alligator Soul and most recently Super Bowl Pho which closed earlier this year. No word yet on a projected opening or what it may mean for the current Buzz Inn at 3615 Broadway.

Jimmy John’s is the listed tenant for this property at 26th and Broadway.

Further north on Broadway the former bank building is going to be a Jimmy John’s Sandwich shop. Permits on file with the city show a couple from Bellevue are the owners. No word on when that location will be ready.

Thanks for investigating and posting these, I’m a relatively new reader and I get a lot out of this site. Not a huge fan of Buzz Inn but Jimmy John’s is a nice addition.
