Driver Makes It Rain In Front of Arby’s on Everett Mall Way

It was already raining and that may have been the problem as the driver of a Ford Ranger pickup lost control and plowed over a flower bed, drove a signpost into a water line and caused a bit of a sight Saturday afternoon.
