Deputies were checking an encampment north of Center Road.
Both Everett Police and Snohomish County Sheriff Deputies responded and began searching the area.
The man was taken by Everett Medic unit to Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.
Deputies determined the stabbing likely happened at an encampment in the woods north of Center Road.
Deputies and a K-9 searched the area but did not immediately locate a suspect.
No further information was available on the victim’s condition as the investigation was just getting started when MyEverettNews.com took these photos.
