The prize money is in the thousands and there are individual, team and youth divisions along with several other ways for anglers to win both cash, trucks and boats.
Dan Hatch, owner of Bayside Marine, one of the sponsors of the event, tells MyEverettNews.com his favorite part is the kids. “This is a great event to introduce kids to fishing,” said Hatch. “It’s free for kids 12 and under and every kid who catches a fish gets a prize.”
