Lowell Days Promenade in Everett This Weekend

One of the most historic neighborhoods in Everett is throwing a huge party this weekend. The Lowell Days Promenade is set for this Saturday and Sunday. Events include a photo scavenger hunt, parade, street fair, live music, vendor booths, a bark in the park, bring your own picnic, a steampunk exhibition, lots of food and a car show.
