Everett Police had to block off the intersection of Hoyt and Everett Avenue for about 30 minutes tonight while they dealt with taking a person into custody at the Trinity College Housing complex.
A man wanted by police locked himself into an apartment and refused to come out after a disturbance. Police tried talking with the man who attempted to convince them he was across the street in the library and not in the apartment. The cops weren’t buying that and after a brief standoff were able to take the man into custody.
Here are some MyEverettNews.com photos taken at the scene as well as photos of some of the many people who were taking photos of the police.
The MyEverettNews.com photos end up here but I’m never too sure where all of the other photos end up.
