Great Turn Out For Everett 4th Of July Parade
It was a great turn out in downtown Everett for the Colors of Freedom 4th of July Parade. It began with a fly over of vintage aircraft and ended with a command performance by the Columbians Drum and Bugle Corps. Here are a few photos, click to enlarge.

Don’t try this at home

There was a vintage aircraft fly-over

The Everett Police Color Guard led the parade

Followed by Everett Fire Department and family

These kids had the best seats on the street

Columbians Drum and Bugle Corps were a huge crowd favorite

After the parade they headed to Legion Park for a performance.

Bob Drewel was the emcee again this year.

Some very talented ladies.

Yes that’s a cowboy riding a chicken.

Such beautiful outfits.
The Parade lasted about an hour and a half. A reminder that there is a huge festival going on at Legion Park leading up to the fireworks at 10:20PM over Port Gardner Bay. There is no parking but you can catch a free shuttle across from Everett Community College on north Broadway until 9:30PM this evening.
