This spring, high school teachers reviewed textbooks and other materials to evaluate how well they support teaching and learning state standards, course objectives, course themes, and content in Advanced Placement world language and Advanced Placement English courses. In addition, teachers reviewed materials for other additional important criteria for the evaluation of instructional materials in Everett Public Schools.
On Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at the Community Resource Center from 3-7 p.m., students, families, staff, and community members are invited to explore instructional materials being considered and to leave written comments about the materials while at the open house session.
