Everett Police say they aren’t getting a lot of cooperation from a man who was shot in the 2600 block of Lombard Tuesday night. The City of Everett has closed the walking trails at Lowell Riverfront Park and the boat launch at Rotary Park due to flooding along the Snohomish River. The city hopes to open the areas once the river recedes and they can check for damage.
