Some tense moments for workers at offices inside the Coastal Bank building in the 2800 block of Colby in downtown Everett this morning. Everett Police Spokesman Aaron Snell tells MyEverettNews.com officers were called to a report of a possible domestic violence situation in one of the offices at the bank building. Because there was mention of a gun, officers locked down the building and asked workers to remain in place while a floor to floor search of the building was conducted. The person named as the suspect in the incident was not found and the building was re-opened after about 50 minutes. Snell says the investigation into the incident is continuing but the building is back to business as usual.
