South Everett CPA Firm Launches Winter Food Drive

Maris and Associates has announced its seven member CPA and bookkeeping firm in the Silver Lake area of south Everett has launched its first ever food drive. “We’ve been in Everett since 1986 and thought this would be a great way to show our community involvement,” said Jennifer Steele. She’s heading up the drive for the office. They will be collecting food, dry/paper goods, cleaning supplies, personal care items, pet food and toys through December 23rd. Steele says they will also accept gift cards and monetary donations. All donations will be going to the Volunteers of America Everett Food Bank. She says they will be delivering the donations to the VOA every week. For those who want to donate perishable foods they will only be accepted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm.
