First It’s the 18th annual Cruzin’ to Colby celebration on Sunday and Monday. This is the 15th year the Seattle Rod-Tiques have sponsored the event in downtown Everett. The other big deal set for Memorial Day is the now annual Tank Fest at Paul Allen’s Flying Heritage Collection at Everett’s Paine Field. This year they will debut the new tank arena to showcase the many tanks in the collection. Here’s the schedule for both events…

Tankfest Northwest

Bring the family out to enjoy restored tanks, military vehicles and artillery weapons at this festive annual Flying Heritage Collection event, which includes driving and firing demonstrations and a Puget Sound Military Vehicle Collectors Club parade. The International Plastic Modelers Society – Seattle Chapter will also be on hand to show off their intricate military vehicle models and help you refine your personal modeling techniques.
Prices are $14.00 for Adults, $12.00 for Seniors, Kids 6 – 17 are $10.00 and Kids 5 – under are Free.
Veterans and active duty service members also receive Free admission on Memorial Day.
