This marks the week where candidates for office in Everett can file in person or online for this fall’s election. On the Everett City Council, Position #7 is up. Rich Anderson was appointed to the seat back in November after Shannon Affholter resigned to take a position with the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish County. Everett community leader Judy Tuohy has already announced her intention to run for the position. In case you’re interested in filing for Everett City Council, the filing fee is $269.64 and you must be a registered voter and have lived within the Everett city limits for at least the past year.

  • Snohomish County Sheriff – currently held by Ty Trenary
  • Snohomish County Prosecutor – currently held by Mark Roe
  • Snohomish PUD Commissioner District 1 – currently held by David Aldrich
