Friday Morning Amber Alert Update from Everett Police as of 5:30am

There are no major updates to provide at this time and we have not been able to contact or locate Roshell Turner. Detectives have checked several locations while following up on leads from the public.

Overnight, the Amber Alert was modified to remove reference to the friend after additional investigation and contact was made. There is still no information about any possible vehicles.

To answer additional questions – The baby was born in a hotel room and has not received medical aid. For the past several weeks, Roshell has not cooperated with Child Protective Services or other authorities on this matter. While tips reported Roshell was at various locations last night, we cannot positively confirm any of them. Ultimately, we have not located Roshell.

There is no additional information and we are still seeking tips from the public.

Everett Police have issued an Amber Alert to locate a newborn in grave danger.

At 9:00 p.m. on February 13, 2014, the Everett Police Department issued an Amber Alert to locate 31 year-old Roshell Marie Turner who gave birth on January 27th. Child Protective Services, a division of the Department of Social and Health Services, believes the newborn is in grave danger and needs immediate medical attention which has not been provided.

Roshell is described as white, 5’5” tall, 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black mid-length hair. She has a rose tattoo on her upper right chest. There is no clothing description available.

Roshell frequents the Casino Rd area in Everett and usually stays within Snohomish County. It is possible Roshell is with a Hispanic male known as “Guero”.

Anyone with information about Roshell’s location is asked to immediately call 911.
